How to Check Your Current Plan #

  1. Log in to my.apexmanagedhosting.com.
  2. On your main dashboard, look for the Account Overview section.
  3. Your active plan name, billing cycle, and renewal date are listed here.
  4. For more detail on resource usage, open Your Apex Managed Panel and check the My Hosting Summary page.

How to Upgrade Your Plan #

  1. From your dashboard at my.apexmanagedhosting.com, click Plans.
  2. Compare available tiers and select the plan that fits your needs.
  3. Click Upgrade next to your chosen plan.
  4. Review the prorated billing details shown on screen.
  5. Confirm the upgrade to apply the new plan to your account immediately.

Signs It Might Be Time to Upgrade #

  • Your storage usage is consistently near your plan's limit.
  • Your site's traffic has grown and you want CDN coverage or priority support.
  • You need to host additional websites under the same account.
