Keeping track of your hosting invoices is important for bookkeeping, taxes, and expense reports. Apex Managed Hosting makes it easy to find and download every invoice you've ever received, right from your customer portal.
Where to Find Your Invoices #
All billing history lives inside your customer portal. To get there:
- Go to my.apexmanagedhosting.com and log in.
- From the main dashboard, click on the Billing tab in the left-hand navigation menu.
- Select Invoices or Billing History (this section is powered by our billing partner, SureCart).
You'll see a list of every invoice tied to your account, sorted by date, with the newest at the top.
Viewing an Invoice #
Each row shows the invoice date, amount charged, payment status (Paid, Pending, or Failed), and the plan or service it covers. Click on any invoice line to open a detailed view.
Downloading a PDF Invoice #
- Open the invoice you want from your Billing History list.
- Look for the Download PDF or Download Receipt button, usually in the top-right corner.
- Click it, and the invoice will save to your device's download folder.
- Repeat for any additional invoices you need.
The PDF includes your billing address, Apex Managed Hosting's company details, the invoice number, and a full itemized breakdown — ready for your bookkeeper or accounting software like QuickBooks or Xero.
Troubleshooting Missing Invoices #
If you don't see an invoice you're expecting:
- Double-check you're logged into the correct account.
- Confirm the billing period — invoices only appear once a charge has processed.
- Check your spam folder, since invoice notifications are also emailed automatically.
