Your Apex customer portal at my.apexmanagedhosting.com is the starting point for everything related to your hosting account. From here, you can manage your sites, check your billing, update your account details, and jump into Your Apex Managed Panel to work on individual instances. This article walks you through logging in and finding your way around.
Logging In #
- Go to my.apexmanagedhosting.com in your browser.
- Click Sign In in the top navigation.
- Enter the username or email address associated with your Apex account and click Next.
- Enter your password to complete the login.
- If you've enabled two-factor authentication, enter the verification code when prompted.
Once logged in, you'll land on your customer dashboard, which serves as the home base for your account.
Understanding the Dashboard Layout #
The dashboard is organized to get you to what matters most as quickly as possible:
- Account Overview — a snapshot of your active hosting plan, billing status, and any account notices.
- Manage Site & DNS — a button that takes you directly into Your Apex Managed Panel, where the technical work happens.
- Billing & Invoices — view past invoices, update payment methods, and check renewal dates.
- Account Settings — update your contact information, password, and security preferences.
Finding Your Sites #
- From the dashboard, click Manage Site & DNS.
- This opens Your Apex Managed Panel, where each website you host is listed as an "instance."
- Click on any instance name to view its details, including domain, PHP version, backups, and more.
If you host multiple sites, they'll all appear in this same list, making it easy to switch between projects without needing separate logins.
Updating Your Account Settings #
- From the main dashboard, click Account Settings.
- Update your name, email address, phone number, or company details as needed.
- Click Save Changes to apply your updates.
We recommend keeping your contact email current, since this is where we'll send renewal reminders, security alerts, and support updates.
A Few Tips #
- Bookmark my.apexmanagedhosting.com for quick access.
- If you manage sites for clients or teammates, you can grant them access to specific instances without sharing your main login.
- If something looks off in your dashboard, a quick refresh or logging out and back in usually resolves display issues.
