For Agencies and Freelancers

Client sites on one invoice

Put 5, 10 or 25 client websites on one bill, with the updates, backups and monitoring handled by our team. You keep the client relationship. We keep the sites running.

Agency bundles

Every included site gets the full Apex Launch configuration — 25 GB storage, unlimited traffic and its own free staging site. Billed monthly or annually; annual billing gives you two months free.

Apex Agency 5

For a small client book

$109

per month

or $1,046.40/year

Apex Agency 10

The usual starting point

$179

per month

or $1,718.40/year

Apex Agency 25

For a full client roster

$379

per month

or $3,638.40/year

Need more than 25? Additional sites are $19 per site per month on any bundle — but past a certain point a private cloud is usually the better answer, and we’ll say so.

When a bundle beats buying single plans

A bundle only makes sense if it’s cheaper than the alternative. Here’s the honest line for each one.

4 sites or more

Apex Agency 5 beats buying individual Launch plans from your fourth site onward.

7 sites or more

Apex Agency 10 becomes the cheaper option at seven sites.

14 sites or more

Apex Agency 25 is worth it from fourteen sites.

Below those numbers, buy single Apex Launch plans instead — it costs you less, and we’d rather tell you than have you find out later.

What you get

On every client site

For you

THE PART THAT ACTUALLY COSTS YOU TIME

You stop doing plugin updates

If you look after ten client sites, that’s ten update queues, ten things that can break on a Friday, and ten conversations you don’t get paid for. We take that on for every site in the bundle.

$0

is what managed plugin updates add to your bill. On most managed hosts this is a paid add-on, typically $3 to $10 per site per month — per client site, every month.

Included on every Apex bundle

A human

checks the site after every update, and rolls it back and fixes it if something breaks. Not a cron job and an email.

The part an automated updater cannot do

Let's size it properly

Bundles are set up with a person rather than a checkout, so we can migrate your sites, confirm the right tier, and make sure nothing gets orphaned on the way in.

Talk to us about a bundle

Tell us how many sites you look after and we'll confirm the right bundle, handle the migrations, and set the billing up. Fields marked * are required.

Questions

Can I mix plan sizes inside a bundle?
Bundle sites all run the Apex Launch configuration. If one client site needs more — a busy shop, for example — it goes on its own Store or Scale plan alongside the bundle, and we bill it on the same invoice.
What happens if I drop below my site count?
Talk to us and we'll move you down a tier. We handle it as a managed change rather than a silent downgrade, specifically so no client site gets orphaned.
Who does my client talk to?
You, unless you'd rather they came to us. We don't market to your clients.
Do you migrate the sites?
Yes, free, all of them. We plan the cutover so there's no surprise downtime.
Is there a contract?
Monthly bundles are month to month. Annual bundles are a twelve-month term and give you two months free.
What's the uptime guarantee?
99.9%, on infrastructure engineered for 99.999% availability — the same as every other plan.

One site, or a hundred

If a bundle isn’t the right shape, one of these will be. Tell us the roster and we’ll say which.

Single-site plans

For a handful of sites, or clients who want their own invoice. Five plans, from $29 a month.

Managed cloud servers

When a client outgrows shared resources and needs dedicated capacity. Four sizes, from $89 a month.

Apex Private Cloud

Single-tenant isolation for compliance work, or a large estate sized to order. Quoted per project.
