How to Add a Booking Form to Your Website

LatePoint gives you several ways to embed a booking form on any page of your site.

Method 1 — Use the Default Booking Page #

LatePoint automatically creates a booking page at yourdomain.com/booking. You can link to this page from your navigation menu, hero section, or any button on your site.

To customize the URL: go to LatePoint > Settings > General, change the Booking Page Slug (e.g., schedule or book-now), and save.

Method 2 — Embed with a Shortcode #

1. Go to LatePoint > Services and click the service you want to embed.
2. Copy the shortcode shown (e.g.,
   Book Appointment
   ).
3. Paste it into any page or post using the WordPress block editor (use the Shortcode block).

Method 3 — Use the LatePoint Elementor Widget #

1. Open Elementor editor on any page.
2. Search for the LatePoint widget in the left panel.
3. Drag it onto the page and configure which service to show.

Method 4 — Floating Book Button #

1. Go to LatePoint > Settings > Buttons.
2. Enable Floating Button and set the label, color, and position.
3. Save — the button will appear site-wide on every page.
