Billing questions
How does annual billing work?
You pay for twelve months up front and get two months free — a 20% saving against paying monthly. Every WordPress plan and every server tier is available either way, and you can start monthly and switch later.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, up or down, at any time. The difference is prorated, so you're never paying twice for the same month.
Are there traffic or bandwidth overages?
Not on any WordPress plan — no traffic, bandwidth or visit overages, so a post taking off never produces a surprise bill. Cloud servers each include a monthly bandwidth allowance, listed on the servers page.
What if I need more storage but not a bigger plan?
Additional storage is $1 per GB per month. If you need more than about 100 GB on top, Apex Scale 200 is cheaper than the add-on.
Do you charge for migrations?
No. Migration from your current host is free on every plan, and we plan the cutover with you so there's no surprise downtime.
Are plugin updates really included?
Yes — on every plan, with no add-on fee. We apply core, theme and plugin updates, check the site afterwards, and if something breaks a person rolls it back and fixes it. On most managed hosts this is billed separately.
Is there a setup fee or a contract?
No setup fee, and monthly plans are month to month — cancel any time.
Why can't I buy an agency bundle online?
Because a bundle needs configuring before it's useful: which sites belong to it, how they're grouped and how the invoice is structured. We'd rather set that up with you than have you buy a bundle and find the sites aren't attached to it. Talk to us and we'll get it running.
What's your uptime guarantee?
